Refund policy

1. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed with DesiDine, it cannot be canceled or modified by the customer. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

2. Return and Replacement Policy

Applicable products are returnable within 7 DAYS window if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product . And make a open box proof video to eligible for the return of the items.

If customer is not satisfied with product and wants to return the product than customer needs to pay the return shipping charges.

3. Shipping Costs for Replacements

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for replacement. DesiDine will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.

4. Refunds

Once the item is for returned to seller the amount will be credited in Customer Source account within 3 working days after the quality check of the returned items .
